These terms apply when you use packsaddlesoftware.com or an app we publish, including Dead Air on the web, on Google Play and as a TikTok Mini. By using them, you agree to these terms. Some products, such as our Shopify apps and Content Guard, have their own terms, which apply to those products instead.

Who can use Dead Air

Dead Air is a mystery drama for viewers aged 13 and up. If you're under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

The story and its content

• Dead Air is fiction. Its characters, places and events are made up, and its images, video and voices are generated with AI tools. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
• The episodes, characters, artwork, music and text belong to Packsaddle Software LLC. You may watch and share links to them, but you may not copy, re-upload, sell or redistribute the episodes.

Paid episodes and ads

The first episodes of Dead Air are free. Later episodes can be unlocked one at a time or all together, and in some versions by watching an ad.

• On our website, purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the seller of record, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Your statement will show LINK.COM with our name. We never see or store your card number. Your receipt email includes a link that restores your episodes on any device. Because Episodes 1–5 are free to watch first, all sales are final. We'll refund you if you were charged twice, or if an episode you paid for won't unlock or play and we can't fix it. Email us and we'll sort it out. Link may also issue refunds under its own buyer policies.
• In TikTok, Google Play or the App Store, purchases are made through that platform (for example TikTok Beans) under its own terms, and refunds follow its refund policy.

An unlocked episode is a license to watch it in our apps, not ownership of the episode. If an episode you unlocked stops working, contact us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't interfere with the apps, try to get around locked content, or use them to break the law. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep our apps running, but they're provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or go offline. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Packsaddle Software LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our apps, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
